INTRODUCTIONS
The following videos were prepared by Sílvia's students using the iPads. These were the steps followed for their production:
1. The teacher asked the class if they thought they knew a lot about their classmates and what were some things they wanted to know about them.
2. Then, they answered a questionnaire with questions like: What does your name mean? Where do you live? Do you like your neighborhood? How do you get to class? How long does it take? Do you have a lot of friends? etc.
3. They interviewed a partner using the same questionnaire.
4. They recorded the videos using their own information.

MOTHER'S DAY

The cultural activity about Mother's Day was a huge success. Ss watched a presentation about this important date and learned more about how it is celebrated in the U.S. Then, they made cards and bookmarks to give their moms as a gift. Inside the cards, they wrote a paragraph with information about themselves and their moms. They just loved it and told me their moms did too. The link to the album with the photos is above.
